Chef Rod has been a leading vegan and raw foods chef and teacher since the 1990s. His book, Raw Food for Real People (published by New World Library) is a staple for raw food lovers around the world. His restaurants were a staple of the raw and vegan scene in LA for a decade. He now works out of his immaculate commercial kitchen in Santa Monica.
His continuing mission is to make it easy for people to eat healthy and delicious food.
