You will learn how to make: Kombucha, Coconut Kefir Water, Coconut Kefir “Yoghurt”, Sauerkraut, Kimchi, Sour Dough Raw Bread, Lemon Zinger Soup and more.
Rod dispels the myth that raw foods are difficult to make, showing you how to integrate raw food preparation into your lifestyle.
