Chef Rod’s Raw Foods Intermediate Course-
This course is about moving deeper into raw food cuisine and lifestyle, adding skills, knowledge and experience. But mostly, this is about broadening your repertoire of raw food dishes including some more in-depth and sophisticated recipes.
You will learn how to make: Groovy Granola, Cashew Kreme Cheeze, Pizza Pizzaz, Middle Eastern Lentil Soup, California Nori Rolls, Rawsagna, Canneloni, Veggie Sunburger Croquettes, Strawberry Mousse Torte and Rocky Road Bananas.
A pre-requisite for taking this course is completion of Rod’s Raw Food Fundamentals Course or significant experience in making your own raw foods.
This course is practical and hands on. Chef Rod dispels the myth that raw foods are difficult to make, showing you how to integrate raw food preparation into your lifestyle. And as in all his courses, remember to bring an appetite!
