You will learn to make: Raspberry Chocolate Cheesecake, Lemon Zinger Cookies, Coconut Macaroon Balls, Cushy Carrot Cake, Strawberry Ice Cream and Apple Spice Cashew Kreme Cake.
Just Desserts II
Going deep into the soft underbelly of decadent and delicious desserts, Rod teaches you Chocolate Fudge Sundae, Chocolate Brownie Sundae,
Coco Caca Maca Mousse, Apple Spice Cashew Kreme Cake, Italian Canoli, The Perfect Parfait as well as fruit bars and sweet jerky.
These courses are practical and hands on. Rod dispels the myth that raw foods are difficult to make, showing you how to integrate raw food preparation into your lifestyle. And as in all his courses, remember to bring an appetite!
